We took several decisions when setting up this business, to give you the best possible service and prices.

Products
First, we only stock products that Laura, our highly qualified beauty therapist, has tried and tested and uses in her  award winning salon. This means that, although we have an extensive range of products to address all of your skin care and cosmetics needs, we do this with a relatively small number of premium quality brands. Not having to stock vast numbers of products helps keep our costs, and hence our prices, down.

We aim to be as green as possible
Secondly, we are very aware of the need to minimise waste to help the environment.  We recycle all of the packaging materials in which our stock is delivered and re-use it when we send your purchases to you (as a fully protected parcel). This has the added benefit of reducing our packaging costs, a saving we pass on to YOU.
 

Service
Thirdly, we want to provide a service that is as personal as possible, given the limitations of the Internet. We are delighted to answer your questions on skin care and cosmetics and to help you choose products that will best suit your skin type.

On all of our product pages there is a link that enables you to email a question straight to Laura about that specific product.
